1st Sheet St Mary's Scout Group meets at our headquarters at the recreation ground off Inmans Lane in Sheet Village. We have 2 cub packs with rising numbers. At the last census, we had 112 members.
The Beavers meet Monday evenings, cubs on Wednesday (Adhurst pack) and on Thursday (Broadland pack) with scouts meeting on Fridays.
Lying adjacent to the park we have lots of open space for all outdoor activities and we use Sheet Common when we are more adventurous. Each section has it’s own annual camp and there is an incredibly wide range of activities from Beaver visits to Heathrow to scout camps in France. The cub activities are just as challenging including abseiling and climbing. Aerial runways are our speciality, plus we have our own fleet of canoes.
