Petersfield District Scout Fellowship
The Fellowship in Petersfield District is a group of adults aged 18 and over who meet approximately once a month and who wish to support Scouting in our area. We welcome men and women with varying interests and backgrounds, regardless of whether they have been in Scouting or Guiding.
All we ask is that you give some of your time to help the group organize and/or run events connected with providing active support to Scouting in the district. In return you will meet new friends and help the Fellowship to carry on the traditions of Scouting in this part of the world.
"Active support" could encompass demonstrating a skill, being a badge examiner for your particular interest, catering for courses, assisting with parking duties at a District event, or just general support where it is needed.
We also regularly provide an emergency leader service to provide short term leader assistance and running programmes on Beaver, Cub Scout or Scout nights.
In addition we have our own social programme of talks and outings including quiz nights, theatre trips, walks, barbecues, car rally and even a midnight hike!
